Prices for upgrade options are based on the standard home design and may change if any requested design modifications are approved. For example, if you select an Outdoor Room Design Option, the price of any upgraded roof tiles and bricks selected by you may increase to upgraded tiles and bricks to the Outdoor Room. Plus Design Options and upgrade options selected by you may affect the energy rating of the home and additional modifications (e.g., glazing and insulation upgrades) may be required to reach the required energy rating standard. If such modifications are required, those costs will be included in the New Home Contract. Our Price Hold is conditional upon you completing and returning all nominated sales paperwork within 14 days from payment of the initial deposit.
