  • Is your land registered, or registering in less than 30 days?
  • Are you building a home & land package in Metricon’s Northern NSW Build Region
  • Are you building on a sewered site?

FastTrack by Metricon is only available only on CDC compliant home and land packages the Northern NSW Build Region.

Please note that any Council approval applications to the build may add additional time to the Fast Track journey. The amount of additional time will be confirmed by your Pre-site Manager when lodging for full building approval.
