- Choose your home design. All our double and single storey home designs are yours to choose from, subject to suitability for your site. Speak with our design consultants at the very start, visit our display centres, or take a virtual tour of our homes.
- Council approvals. We’ll take a look at your block and speak with you about your property goals. Then we’ll start the process with your local council.
- Site inspection and assessment. While talking to the council, we’ll take a closer look at every square metre of your site, survey your block of land and take soil samples.
- Preliminary contracts. This is where we give you an idea of the costs, including all the site costs.
- Fixtures and features. You’ll get to visit our Studio M Selection Centre in Melbourne or Geelong to make some important design decisions.
- Final contract. When you’re ready to go and we have council planning approval.
- Building permit. We’ll work with your local council.
- Demolition and construction. We can recommend a demolition contractor for your old house, and we’ll build your home.
