The free refrigerated cooling provides an ActronAir Ultra Slim reverse cycle ducted refrigerated cooling unit, with the system size specific to the home and starting from a 12.5kW unit with no zoning. The cooling unit is supplied in lieu of the standard gas ducted heating unit and applies only to standard floorplans, with additional charges applicable where floorplan modifications are made.
